Shipping Within The UK
Shipment processing time
All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours on a working day. Please note that orders will not be shipped or delivered on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
If we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders dispatches may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in us dispatching orders we will contact you by either email or phone, at the earliest possibility.
Please ensure that all shipping addresses are correct at the time of ordering. If an order is sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, postage will need to be paid again if we receive the order back.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Our orders are sent by 1st class Royal Mail. The delivery aim is 1-2 working days, however please note this is not a guarantee and sometimes delays may happen within the Royal Mail system and we have allow 7 working days for them to arrive.
